PoliciesWARRANTY POLICY All SIGNET products and other brands distributed by Signal Technology offer a full 12 month product warranty from the date of sale by Signal Technology. GENLINK WARRANTY SIGNET Cat5e and Cat6 Patch Panels and Keystone Jacks have been approved by General Cable as suitable for network installation with General Cable. This provides a 20 year replacement warranty by General Cable covering extended product warranty, Link perfromance warranty and Applications assurance warranty. GOODS RETURN POLICY (GRA) We operate a GRA system which must be followed for any credit request or replacement, including warranty claims. FREIGHT POLICY For orders less than $150 + GST we will add a recovery charge which will vary depending on whether a prepaid satchel or courier ticket(s) are required.
